YOUR NEW ROLE

In your new role as a Project Worker, you will empower clients by
respecting their rights and diversity and treating them with dignity
and respect. You will provide effective care and support by
acknowledging the challenges your clients face and dealing with
situations sensitively.
You will coordinate the support plans of assigned key-clients and take
oversee the administration responsibilities for them. You will educate
clients of all local supports they can avail of. You will collaborate
with colleagues to promote the wellbeing of clients.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

To be successful as a Project Worker you will have a QQI level 7
qualification in Social Care or another related field. You will have 1
year of experience working with homelessness, and availability to work
day and night shifts. You should have good written, oral and IT
skills. Conflict resolution skills and a good understanding of low
threshold services and the harm reduction model would make you a
strong candidate.
